Year of Voices: July (Photos)

photos of July

  1. I finally saw Laguna Beach. :]
  2. I finally went to San Diego, and I met up with Swapp!
  3. Leaving VidCon. The open road is full of mountains.
  4. A dilemma in an El Paso Pizza Hut.
  5. I returned from California on the 4th of July. Fort Worth welcomed me (scared me) with fireworks. Dallas was in full-fledge American patriotism.
  6. There was a Dog Days event in Bishop Arts and there were so many cuties running around. This little girl was too cute. I couldn’t take my eyes off her.
  7. Kalachandji’s: I don’t know what this is, but it was a good representation of Indian cuisine.
  8. Bastille on Bishop in the Bishop Arts District.
  9. I finally framed my “Joy” poster by Daniel Wiggins.
  10. Despite the shooting massacre in Aurora, CO, the line to the Dark Knight Rises was long at the Magnolia.
  11. Shakespeare in the Park: On a date I saw a performance of “The Taming of the Shrew.”
  12. Gorilla vs Bear II: Twin Sister
  13. Gorilla vs Bear II: I was really disappointed that I missed Taken By Trees’ set. I literally only heard “in your dreeeaaams. Thank you, Dallas. Goodnight.” Really? Ugh!
  14. Gorilla vs Bear II: Twin Sister really topped the night off with their dreamy tunes. I really loved the dance moves of the guitarist.
  15. I saw my first soccer game with Meghan, but I had to cut it short to catch miss Taken By Trees.
  16. There’s a strange correlation between my celibacy being lifted and an increase in dating. And before you think it, no, I’m still not getting any.
  17. I rock climbed for the first time in my life, but first I had to toss my fears aside. I had help from Stacy on this one. It turned out to be no big deal. I was actually a natural. :]
  18. I haven’t used my SLR since March, so when Bastille on Bishop came around, I thought it was the perfect time to break it out and see if I still had it. The following photos are taken with my DSLR.

I cannot believe July is over. It flew by so fast.

How was your July?
